Telemetry system on CUMMINS KAMA engines

Quantor LLC and CUMMINS KAMA CJSC have signed an agreement on strategic development in the field of modern telemetry systems and satellite monitoring of vehicles using GPS and GLONASS technologies based on the Geostron system. Under this agreement, it is planned to jointly conduct and promote developments in the areas of predictive diagnostics, assessment and objective analysis of the residual life of components and assemblies, a gas engine fuel control system and remote HBO diagnostics, as well as the system of remote reprogramming of Electronic Control Units.

The result of joint work will be lower operating costs, warranty and post-warranty repairs, simplification of interaction between consumer, manufacturer and service centers, full control over operating modes, the life cycle of components and assemblies, the state and consumption of fuel and lubricant. To date, the Geostron system has successfully passed trial operation and is being certified at Cummins.
