Predictive diagnostics

How to predict malfunction and calculate vehicle wear and tear? - This is a major concern for vehicle owners, and if you solve this problem, it makes you safe on the road and reduces maintenance and repair costs.
A driver gets part of the information about the vehicle from the dashboard. But it is difficult to predict the appearance of a red sign at the dashboard and, if the indicators don’t function, it becomes utterly impossible to detect problems. This doesn’t only make the problem worse, which may cause a more expensive repair, but also endangers road traffic safety.
But there is good news for every motor vehicle owner: we know how to predict malfunction and how to tell you about it in advance. Our development team is actively working on a project presenting an effective model of intelligent diagnostics and predictive analysis based on the Geostron satellite monitoring systems. This system will be a comprehensive solution both for big manufacturing enterprises, and for vehicle fleets owners or small vehicle pools owners.
The system will allow to analyze in detail the technical state of a motor vehicle and calculate the remaining lifetime for vehicle assemblies and components. As the result, there is a possibility to calculate the time period after which the value of some parameter will exceed the acceptable range limits.

The integration of predictive methods in the diagnostics of motor vehicles’ technical state in automotive manufacturing will allow to avoid critical accidents caused by vehicle breakdown, will shorten the time of reaction and problem fixing, will detect the parts that should be replaced to prevent breakdown or wear and tear. This all will help you to raise effectiveness of technical maintenance, to improve quality of manufactured production, and to reduce maintenance costs. Currently, this program module undergoes a testing process, and it will be available to customers in the nearest time!
