Troubleshooting chart

 
In order to identify malfunction of the tracking device, check the state of the indicators or contact the support center of the company that installed the tracking devices.
After you have identified the malfunction, use the information in this table to eliminate the malfunction.
If you have tried actions suggested in this table and the malfunction is still not fixed, or if there is a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact our support team: support@geostron.ru.

The application doesn't launch.
1. Reinstall the Geostron application.
At the moment when you launch Geostron, Google Earth must already be installed and closed.
