This document is a User guide for the hardware & software system Geostron.
This User guide is intended for Geostron users that are responsible for the work in this system: for dispatchers, operators, managers and chief executives.
The way we describe the system implies that you are familiar with the Windows operating system and have basic skills of working in it. You should be familiar with the following:
usage of Start menu: ability to launch programs;
working with windows;
working with a menu;
usage of dialog control elements;
working with standard dialogs;
If you aren’t fully familiar with the above listed, we recommend you to read the documentation on the Windows operating system.
Minimum system requirements:
Operating system: Windows 7 or higher;
Processor: AMD or Intel (PC, laptop);
Memory: 1 GB RAM;
Free space: 500 MB of free space;
Screen resolution: 1680x1050;
Internet connection speed during the work with the system: 2 MB/sec.
Recommended system requirements:
Operating system: Windows 7 or higher;
Processor: Intel Core i3 2 GHz or higher;
Memory: 2 GB RAM or more;
Free space: 500 MB of free space;
Screen resolution: 1920x1080;
Internet connection speed during the work with the system: 5 MB/sec.
